This Privacy Policy explains how Verdaflow ("Verdaflow," "we," "our," or "us") handles information you share through this website, enquiry forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, or project communication.
Website enquiries are covered by this page. Once a job is awarded, drawings, site photos, contact lists, and supplier details are also subject to the written quotation, purchase order, or signed project agreement for that work.

We collect what you give us in order to reply and, if appointed, to deliver the work. That may include:

- Project location and service required
- Drawings, photos, specifications, or files you send
- Notes from calls, site visits, and WhatsApp messages
We do not ask for more than we need to quote or carry out the job.
2. How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate landscaping, irrigation, water feature, M.E.P., fire protection, and trading work, and keep ordinary business records.
We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing
We may share limited details with consultants, suppliers, contractors, or logistics partners only when needed to quote or deliver your project. That sharing is part of the project arrangement, not a separate marketing use.
We may also share information where Kuwait law, a court, or a government authority requires it.
